Galaxy S26 series
For many, the highlight of Galaxy Unpacked 2026 was the unveiling of the Galaxy S26 series. The Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26 Plus are perfect for those who value their devices as tools for self-expression and enhancing their lifestyles—from colour variants inspired by the galaxy (including Cobalt Violet, Sky Blue, and Black) to agentic AI capabilities that provide a seamless user experience to support daily life.
Whilst the entire Galaxy S26 series is incredibly promising, the Galaxy S26 Ultra deservedly took the spotlight. The Galaxy S26 Ultra is for those who want a device at the top of the market, maximising their lifestyle through powerful performance and innovative tech. It shares the same features as the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26 Plus, as well as some exclusive, groundbreaking innovations, such as Privacy Display technology: a built-in privacy display that conceals the screen from side views whilst remaining visible to the user. This feature can be easily toggled on or off to your preference and even offers options to automatically obscure notifications or certain apps.
Galaxy Book6 series
The Galaxy Book6 series includes a range of high-end graphics cards and processor options, including the Nvidia RTX 5070/5060, as well as the Intel NPU for seamless Galaxy AI integration. This power is maintained by an upgraded vapour chamber that offers improved cooling with up to 35% more thermal efficiency. All of this is packed into as little as 1.24kg and 11.6mm—proving that power does not need to compromise portability.

Galaxy Buds4 and Galaxy Buds4 Pro
The unveiling of the Galaxy Buds4 and Galaxy Buds4 Pro was another notable moment at Galaxy Unpacked. Available in Black, White, and Pink Gold, the models deliver upgraded audio and enhanced everyday convenience through improved noise isolation and cancellation. Both versions support Galaxy AI Interpreter, enabling real‑time translation to bring people together without the constraints of language barriers.
The Galaxy Buds4 Pro feature a two‑way speaker system with a dedicated Dual Amp, offering deeper bass and true Hi‑Fi sound. They also feature Voice‑Ready AI Agent compatibility, allowing hands‑free access to AI assistants such as Bixby, Google Gemini, and Perplexity.

Galaxy AI
Galaxy Unpacked also introduced the latest Galaxy AI features, available across the new releases. The new Creative Studio provides a seamless generative AI experience, creating stunning imagery at your request that can be used across wallpapers, stickers or even invitations. Galaxy AI is tailored to enhance productivity, with the Quick Search function making it easy to find files. If you can’t find that important document you were working on last week, all you need to do is type ‘find the document modified last week’.
Looking ahead
Samsung has raised the bar yet again with the Galaxy Unpacked 2026. These devices are not just about hardware power but also about creating a thoughtful, user-centric experience to connect us. Ultimately, Galaxy Unpacked offers an important glimpse into the future of technology and how tech will continue to bring us together in new ways.
